Go and Don't Ever Look Back

Feature documentary / Documentary

Synopsis

Guided by the memoirs of Parand, a fiery and rebellious Iranian who fled Iran to Montreal in 1990, this film is a kaleidoscopic portrait of female exile, in which the struggles of women of yesterday and today intertwine to better echo each other. Between Iran and Quebec, dreams and memories, homesickness and the taste for freedom, this hybrid documentary is a journey through the emancipation of Iranian women with similar destinies.
